• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Industrial Safety Equipment
• Work Boots and Safety Footwear
• Security Safe Boxes (Mechanical & Electronic)

What’s Covered

• Faulty stitching, seams, or closures (boots, coveralls, gloves, masks)
• Cracked or broken parts due to poor manufacturing (e.g., helmet shells, goggle frames, respirator valves)
• Malfunctioning locks or digital components in safe boxes under normal use
• Degradation of materials not caused by misuse, chemical exposure, or environmental neglect

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, modification, neglect, or improper storage
• Products used outside their intended application or safety rating
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Damage due to fire, flood, accidents, or Acts of God

Warranty Claim Process

• Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid receipt or invoice.
• Product Evaluation: Our team will assess the product for warranty eligibility.
• Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

All shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection and restocking terms.
